Playbooks and personas
Personas are the roles an agent can take on a task, and playbooks define the stages a task moves through. Read the personas, and create, validate, preview and edit playbooks.
List personas
Lists the personas a task can run as, in registry order, each with its default model, delivery channel, done criterion and whether it can be picked for a top-level task. Requires permission to create tasks.
Get persona
Returns one persona in full: its default model, the deliverables it owes before finishing, the states it may settle from, whether it interviews, and its role sections. Returns 404 for a persona that cannot run a task. Requires permission to create tasks.
List playbooks
Lists the built-in playbooks, then the organization's own playbooks by name, each marked with whether the caller may edit it.
Create playbook
Creates a playbook in the caller's organization from a name and an ordered list of stages. Requires the Org Owner or Org Admin role; validation errors or a taken name return 422 with the issues. Returns the created playbook.
Preview prompt
Renders the prompt one stage of a saved or unsaved playbook would send, using sample data. Accepts an optional expert and full-auto choice; an invalid playbook or stage returns 422.
Validate playbook
Checks an unsaved playbook and returns its issues and derived per-stage facts. Always returns 200; name uniqueness is checked only on save.
Get playbook vocabulary
Returns the closed value sets a playbook draws on (experts, deliverables and seniorities), each with its display label.
Delete playbook
Permanently deletes a playbook from the caller's organization. Requires the Org Owner or Org Admin role; a built-in playbook returns 409. Returns 204 with no body.
Get playbook
Returns one playbook, built-in or the caller's organization's own, marked with whether the caller may edit it. Another organization's playbook returns 404.
Update playbook
Replaces a playbook in the caller's organization, storing stages in the order sent. Requires the Org Owner or Org Admin role; a built-in playbook returns 409. Returns the updated playbook.
Duplicate playbook
Copies a built-in or organization playbook into a new, editable playbook in the caller's organization, named with a copy suffix. Requires the Org Owner or Org Admin role. Returns the new playbook.
