Triggers
Triggers file a task in a project when an event arrives, such as a signed webhook. Create and edit them, read each trigger's deliveries log and duplicate store, and pause or resume one.
List triggers
Lists the organization's triggers by name, each with its health and reason, its public URL and its last delivery time. Filters by project and source kind. Requires the Org Owner or Org Admin role.
Create trigger
Creates a trigger in a project of the organization and returns it with its secret, which is shown only this once. A project outside the organization returns 404, and a webhook trigger on a control plane with no public hooks address returns 409. Requires the Org Owner or Org Admin role.
Delete trigger
Deletes a trigger with its deliveries log and duplicate store; tasks it filed keep its name. Requires the Org Owner or Org Admin role. Returns 204 with no body.
Get trigger
Returns one trigger with its configuration, health and limits. The secret is never returned. Requires the Org Owner or Org Admin role.
Update trigger
Changes only the fields sent on a trigger and returns it. The source kind cannot change, and a project outside the trigger's organization returns 404. Requires the Org Owner or Org Admin role.
List trigger dedup
Lists the items a trigger has already acted on, newest first, each with the task it filed. Requires the Org Owner or Org Admin role.
Clear trigger dedup
Clears one entry from a trigger's duplicate store, so the same item can file a task again. Requires the Org Owner or Org Admin role. Returns 204 with no body.
List trigger deliveries
Lists a trigger's deliveries, newest first, each with its outcome, readable reason and the task it filed. Filters by outcome; pass `next_before` as `before` for the next page. Requires the Org Owner or Org Admin role.
Pause trigger
Pauses a trigger with an optional reason. Deliveries are still accepted and logged as skipped until it is resumed. Requires the Org Owner or Org Admin role.
Resume trigger
Resumes a paused or failed trigger and resets its failure count, so the next delivery files a task. Requires the Org Owner or Org Admin role.
Reveal trigger secret
Returns a trigger's secret once, while it has not been shown yet; after that it returns 409. Requires the Org Owner or Org Admin role.
Rotate trigger secret
Replaces a trigger's secret and returns the new one, once. The old secret stops working at once. Requires the Org Owner or Org Admin role.
Put trigger state
Replaces a trigger's state document, a JSON object of at most 64 KiB that its preflight reads and updates. A larger document returns 422. Requires the Org Owner or Org Admin role.
Test render trigger
Renders a trigger's title and prompt templates over a sample event and returns the result with any template paths the sample lacked. Files nothing. Requires the Org Owner or Org Admin role.
