Browse the audit log

GET 
/api/audit

Returns one page of the organization's activity log, newest first, with filtered and unfiltered totals; pages with limit (up to 200) and offset. Filters by text q, action_type (write by default), user_id, HTTP status, start and end, and pinned_at keeps pages stable as entries arrive. Requires permission to view the audit log.
