Set Jaah AI auto-recharge

/api/org/jaah-ai/auto-recharge

Turns auto-recharge on or off with its threshold and amount, and returns the wallet; turning it on without a default card or below the pause point returns 422. Saving clears the hold left by a failed recharge and, in jaah mode, charges the card at once when the balance is already at or below the threshold. Requires the Org Owner or Org Admin role.
