Delete payment method

DELETE 
/api/org/billing/payment-methods/:pm_id

Removes a saved payment method, first promoting another card to default when needed. With dry_run=1, reports whether the delete would be refused and which method would become the default, without changing anything; a refused delete returns 409. Requires the Org Owner or Org Admin role.
