Website content and SEO

Pages, copy and discoverability for a public website.

Website pages and copy

Add sections on audiences and capabilities

Add two sections:

  • Who the product is for, and what the use cases are. Do research first.
  • What kinds of tasks it can do. It isn't just coding: we have a website, video tutorials, DevOps work, etc. Do research and put together a structured list of everything it could do.

Get the user to approve the lists through an artifact.

Remove stale videos, add a learning section

Remove stale videos from the website. The latest ones are here: [YouTube playlist link]

Add a section for learning the system. We could put a getting started guide there, the video tutorials we are making, and an API reference. What else do people usually include?

Add a Resources section (see attached screenshot):

  • Getting Started: a temporary page similar to a typical help-center Welcome page
  • Tutorials: the page with videos from our playlist
  • Blog
  • Support: goes to the Contact Us page

Header: replace Join the waitlist with Log in and Sign up, similar to the attached example but within our style guide.

Add a section on using the product anywhere

Add a section to the website about AppName's accessibility on the web and on mobile phones (don't mention the Android app specifically; web is enough), so users get an uninterrupted experience wherever they go.

Blog and publishing

Add a preview-only blog with two posts

Add a Blog section to the website. It should only be visible in preview (dev), not on website.com (master).

Write two blog posts:

  • A Brief History of Slop (in the style of Harari's brief history of humankind): a deadpan, funny history of major milestones in ML/AI that still covers serious issues and big shifts. Go from early models to vibe coding, to context engineering, to agentic harness engineering, to the next stage, self-engineering (check that this is true). Research the real history on the web.
  • Agents & Daemons (in the style of Angels & Demons): many people don't really understand what an AI agent is or how it differs from a program. Write a deadpan, funny explanation that touches on the philosophy of agents and their identity, and on recent questions about who is liable when an agent causes a disaster. Do thorough web research on the latest thought leadership.
