Automations
An automation files tasks for you without anyone starting them: on a schedule, or each time an event arrives from a webhook, GitHub or Slack. Each run files one task per project or node it targets. Automations live under Automation, and only your organization's Owners and Admins see them.
- How automations work — When, Target and Action, node targets, what each run skips, and how to read its runs.
- Create an automation — set one up on a schedule or an event, and connect and test an event source.
- Choose what an automation runs on — All, Specific or All except, for projects or nodes.
- Run, pause or change an automation — run it now, pause it, change it, read its runs or delete it.
The tasks an automation files work like any other: see Tasks. Node targets run on your nodes.
