Get memory comparison

GET 
/api/memory/comparison

Compares one project's sessions with project memory on against those with it off over the last days days: tasks, units injected, read and cited, calls to the first edit and repeated reads, plus the read rate per unit kind. An arm too small to compare carries a notice instead of figures. Requires permission to view sessions on the project.
