List existing EFS file systems

/api/org/nodelink-store/existing

Lists the EFS file systems, access points and mount targets one of the organization's AWS credentials can see in a region, for Use existing. Each access point says whether it is usable (root /accounts, owner 3000:3000) and, if not, the problem. Requires permission to edit credentials; returns 502 with AWS's message when AWS refuses the lookup.
