Get nodevault operation

GET 
/api/nodevault/operations/:operation_id

Returns one NodeVault operation with its step, counts (credentials migrated, skipped and failed, and how many nodes hold its key) and each credential's result with its reason. Requires the Org Owner or Org Admin role.
