Reset node identity

POST 
/api/nodevault/nodes/:node_id/reset-identity

Forgets a node's NodeVault identity key and its key deliveries, so the node can register a new identity and receive the keys again. Recorded in the audit log. Requires the Org Owner or Org Admin role.
