Lookup subnets

GET 
/api/cloud-connections/lookup/subnets

Lists the subnets an AWS credential can see in a region, for the cloud connection form. Requires the Org Owner or Org Admin role and a credential the caller may view; returns 502 with AWS's own message when AWS refuses.
