Update cloud connection

PUT 
/api/cloud-connections/:connection_id

Changes the fields sent on a cloud connection; required fields cannot be set to null, and a changed region or credential, or a blank subnet or security group, resolves the network again. Affects only nodes launched afterwards. Requires the Org Owner or Org Admin role.
