Create ticket comment

POST 
/api/support/tickets/:ticket_id/comments

Posts a public reply to a ticket, or an internal note (Jaah support staff only), and notifies anyone it @mentions. A reply updates the ticket's activity and can move its status; a customer's reply on a closed ticket returns 409. Returns the comment.
