Legal pages
The legal pages are public: a link to one opens without signing in, on a page of its own with no console sidebar. Each legal document has its own link.
While the legal pages are not published
Today the legal pages are not published, so every legal link shows Page not found. You see the same screen whether or not you are signed in, and whatever your role.

If it fails
If the page can't be loaded, it says "Could not load the page. Try again." with a Retry button. Select Retry to load it again.
