Create a NodeLink

/api/org/nodelinks

Creates a NodeLink with a name, optional description and mount path (default {jaah-home}/nodelink/<slug>), creates its access point and admits it in the file-system policy. Returns it with status 201 and its status: ready, provisioning (provision again), failed with AWS's message in last_error, or pending while the storage is not ready. Returns 409 for a name in use or an overlapping path, 403 while the plan does not include NodeLink, and needs permission to edit credentials.
