Update a NodeLink

/api/org/nodelinks/:nodelink_id

Renames a NodeLink, changes its description or moves its mount path, and a new path is re-mounted on every node that mounts it. Returns 409 for a name in use, an overlapping path, or a change to the Accounts NodeLink's name or path. Requires permission to edit credentials.
