Delete a NodeLink without waiting

/api/org/nodelinks/:nodelink_id/delete-anyway

Deletes a NodeLink without waiting for the nodes still holding it, which lose access when its access point is removed. Returns 204 once it is gone. Requires permission to edit credentials.
