Get a NodeLink

GET 
/api/org/nodelinks/:nodelink_id

Returns one NodeLink with its access point, root folder, whether the file-system policy admits it (in_policy) and whether its path sits outside {jaah-home}/nodelink/ (shadows_existing). While it is being deleted, it also lists the nodes it still waits on. Requires permission to view credentials.
