Why can't I see a page or a button someone else has?

What you can see and do comes from the roles you hold, on your organization or on one project, given to you directly or through a group. A control you hold no role for isn't shown at all. To see every role you hold and where it comes from, ask your organization's admin to open your Access tab, or to use Check access.

How do I get access to a project?

Open the project. When you hold no role on it, Jaah shows a No access page with Request access: pick the Role you need, add a Note (optional) and send it. An Org Owner, Org Admin or Project Maintainer approves or denies it from the Requests tab on the Support page, and you're notified of the decision. Only project roles can be requested.
