Pause or remove a model account
Disable a model account to stop new runs using it for a while, for example to save a subscription's quota for other work. Nothing is lost, and you can enable it again. Remove an account only when you'll never use it again.
Who can do this: these actions need the Org Owner or Org Admin role. Without it, the row menu doesn't offer them.
Disable or enable an account
- In the sidebar, select Directory, then the Model Accounts tab.
- Find the account and open its ⋯ row menu.
- Select Disable. In a wide window you can select the ⏸ button in the row instead.
- Check the round mark: ⊘ means the account is disabled and new runs won't use it.
- To turn it back on, open the row menu again and select Enable, or select ▶ in the row.
Remove an account
Which removal the menu offers depends on the account:
- Delete record — for an API-key account, or a subscription that was never signed in.
- Deprovision — for a subscription account that no node holds. Its sign-in and its row are removed.
- Open the account's ⋯ row menu.
- Select Delete record or Deprovision.
- Read the question and confirm with Delete record or Deprovision. This can't be undone.
To take a subscription's sign-in off one node only, select + beside the account's name, open that node row's ⋯ menu, select Deprovision and confirm with Remove.
